After iPhone is upgrade to IOS13, the MAC address corresponding to the mobile phone hotspot will change every time, the same is true for Huawei’s new mobile phones (maybe other brands also have this issue), but VONETS bridge is by default to match the MAC address to connect, when the mobile phone is connected to iPhone hotspot, you need to select "SSID and password authentication mode (no MAC authentication)", please refer to the following picture to set:
